My focus as a therapist is to meet you where you are on your journey and harness your unique abilities to support you in achieving the change you seek. My collaborative style centers on compassion to create a nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring any concern that brings you into therapy.
I have worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and concerns including, ADHD, anxiety, body image concerns, depression, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and work with adolescents and adults of all ages. I value evidence-based practices and somatic interventions for a holistic approach.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I provide individual psychotherapy and co-facilitate adult and adolescent DBT skills groups. I have received training in and experience with EMDR, DBT, somatic interventions, and parts work. I am also a member of our State-Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy team.
