Miranda Feil, MS
I provide a safe, nurturing space where clients can grow into their fullest selves. Through a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach grounded in acceptance and trust, I help individuals navigate challenges and foster lasting change. My work is guided by each client’s values and goals, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
My approach is grounded in behavioral therapy, focusing on how our thoughts and beliefs about events—not just the events themselves—affect our emotional well-being. By identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, clients can build healthier, more adaptive responses. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and challenges in childhood and adolescence. My background includes in-home mental health support, where I provided personalized, skills-based interventions. I work with adolescents, adults, and the LGBTQIA community, and co-facilitate adolescent groups. I work with clients in both in-person and telehealth settings to promote emotional regulation and daily functioning.
I am on track to becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and becoming a member of Riverstone’s state-certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy team. I am currently working as a Post-Master’s Level Clinical Trainee under the supervision of Maxine Pfeifer, MA, LPCC.
